HOW TO CURE A WINTER COLD, NATURALLY

Feeling under the weather? Use this Natural Remedy guide to cure your cold with natural products.

STEP ONE: CLEANSE

When you're not feeling well, a warm shower can be an easy and quick step that helps you feel better. Spray 2-3 spritz of our Natural Menthol Relief Mist in the shower before bathing. The eucalyptus and menthol will help clear sinuses.

STEP TWO: SUPPRESS

After showering, apply our Natural Menthol Camphor Cough Suppressant to your chest 3-4 times daily. This will help to suppress any cough associated with the common cold.

STEP THREE: SOOTHE

Follow by applying a think layer of our Natural Vapor Rub to your throat to help soothe any discomfort.

STEP FOUR: RELAX

If you have time to relax, draw yourself a warm bath and use our Menthol Camphor Bath Salts to soothe aches and pains and follow with a good nights rest.

Lastly, make sure you're drinking lots of water with electrolytes or caffeine-free alternatives such as tea throughout the day to flush out toxins.
