• Has my order shipped?
    • To see the shipment status of your order, please log-in to My Account and click My Orders.
  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    • Orders will generally arrive within 7-9 business days based on the delivery location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of the order placement. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is processed.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    • We currently ship only to destinations within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we do not ship orders to other countries, including Canada and Puerto Rico.
  • How do I get my order tracking information?
    • To track your order, please log-in to My Account and click on My Orders, or check your order confirmation email. For further assistance, please call Customer Service at 888-384-1945, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST.
  • How do you calculate shipping charges?
    • Shipping charges are imported directly from FedEx and UPS and are based on how much you purchase.


  • What is your return policy?
    • At we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. If you’re not happy with your product within 30 days of receiving it, simply contact us and we’ll get to work on making things right.
  • What is your order cancellation policy?
    • To serve you better, we will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
