FEBRUARY INTENTIONS

Spread love. As we enter the second month of the year, we are focused on staying consistent with the goals we set in January, spreading love not hate, encouraging and lifting those around us, saying “YES” more often, and always remembering to focus on self-care first. For February, we've put together a list of ways you can follow-through with your intentions.

 

1.  SPREAD LOVE

It's easy to go through your busy day without stopping to take time for others. This month, spend a few moments each day to stop and let those special people in your life know how much they mean to you.  Get creative with how you tell them by using these Valentine's Day cards from Paper Source. 2. PRIORITIZE SELF CARE
